Virginia Beach Fire Department offers multiple opportunities for residents and young adults to volunteer their time and skills to help support the Department’s mission, and and the ability to expand their own skillset if they wish to pursue a career as a first responder. Programs currently offered include Volunteer Support Technicians and the Fire Cadets.
